How to Register
All users must create an account to submit a reservation or register for an event. Please identify your registration path below:
Path A: Event Contacts (Groups & Departments)
Choose this path if you are organizing an event, booking space for a group, or reserving the 17th Ave Chapter Room.
1) Register or Log In: If you are a new user, click the Register button in the top navigation bar. If you are returning to the website, click Login
2) Navigate to Event Inquiry: After you log in, the Event Inquiry button will show up in the top navigation bar. Click that button to begin your submission.
3) Submit Inquiry: Complete the Event Inquiry Form (approx. 10 minutes).
Note: This form will auto-submit if left inactive. Please complete it in one sitting.
Chapter Room: To reserve the 17th Ave Chapter Room, log in and select it from the hamburger menu (=).
Path B: Individual Registration (Participants & Guests)
Choose this path if you are an individual signing up for a specific conference, camp, or personal housing.
1) Register or Log In: If you are a new user, click the Register button in the top navigation bar. If you are returning to the website, click Login
2) Navigate to Individual Housing: After you log in, the Individual Housing button will show up in the top navigation bar. Click that button to begin signing up for your group's event.
3) Join Group: Select the specific group or event you are attending from the list.
